(HD) Weighbridge

Manufactured from heavy duty side beams, the cross members on this unit are fully welded at intervals of 400mm, deck plates are then seam welded to the cross members, giving superior strength and durability.

The HD consists of 4 load cells which are mounted on the outside of the bridge making access for servicing easy. Available with both digital and analogue load cells the Brash HD is built to last, most suited for the harshest of environments, the Brash HD won't let you down.

 

 

The Brash HD uses up to 20% more steel than its closest rival, while some manufacturers cut steel quantities to reduce cost we only manufacture the HD to its original specifications. The HD comes with a range of extra equipment, such as spreader plates steel ramps and integral lifting eyes.

Load Cell Technology

The 5223 is a hermetically sealed, end loaded, centre supported double ended shear beam.
It is designed to use parallel link loading, considered by many weighing experts to be advantageous when compared to other loading techniques.
Fully welded stainless steel seals ensure high environmental integrity and provided that additional cable sealing is used, occasional submersion can occur without damage.
The Revere 5223 meets the stringent Weights and Measures requirements throughout Europe.
