Configurable with a number or electronic devices such as the Brash Driver Control Station, this bridge does not always require an operator, indeed we have installations on unmanned sites throughout the UK. This is possible by using a telecommunications infrastructure which reports status and load details direct to the clients head office in real time, or for those light use applications in a batch upload at the end of each day. The Brash MD series weighbridge's are manufactured in the UK to the highest standards, modular in design with each module being 7.5mtr in length these bridges are a fast becoming one of our best selling designs. Each section interlocks into the other with a hook assembly, allowing simple installation. The unit consist of 6 or more load cells which are integral to the bridge, access is gained by removing service cover plates fitted into the deck sections. Whilst being a of a superior strength than some competitors bridges the bridges can be installed and commissioned in less that 5 hours. The unit is also available in a pit mount version without the side rails, with steel ramps or pre-cast concrete foundations. |
